    Are they for

converting your quattro cab to 5 x 112, or another car? Just nosey.

Have two S2 Avants and a Cab, and a 16v Avant and just changing hubs around to make various rims fit.

Am going to change the Cab from 4 x 108 to 5 x 100 to fit a set of 17" TT Competition rims I already have.

Sorry for the minor hijack, good luck with the above quest.

    Kind regards.

aye im converting the cab to 5x112.
Which hubs are you using to go to 5x100? TT/ Golf 4 motion? You can buy adaptors to go from 4x108 to 5x100. I was looking at this for a set of schmidts i had. Im a reall big fan of the TT comps, had a set on a corrado. Theres a 5x112 version thats almost identical. Think its also nicknamed fat 5 in the states

        Not sure,

I already have a front pair of Corrado hubs, while the hub pattern will work not sure about the rest will try it and see. I am assuming as my V6 Cab is fwd, the rear should be just a matter of swopping on a set of A4 discs?

Must look up Jas111n Sooty thread.

So much in there, certain bits should be cut copied and pasted as stickies in their own right.

Do you have link to the front adaptors, only if handy?

Nice photos in your main thread.

        Kind regards.

            Sorry,

Not paying attention, the rear discs are already 5 x 100, bought them about 3/4 years ago as I was intending to put the wheels on my B4 16v ACE FWD Avant, never did it and so now "stuff" bought at the time will be tried on the 4 x 108 V6 Cab in due course.

Really need to finish of the second S2 Avant as it is now up an axle stands on the driveway, no hubs, no exhaust, trying to get off the turbo and take out the downpipe, and also want to take out the main rad to do the thremostat, It has a/c.

Talk about one thing leading to another and I'll just take this off to get to that and sure if I have this off I might as well do this, upgrade that?

The 17 nut on the back of the downpipe and the inner small nut on the wastegate are both very hard to get a spanner on. Haven't manged it yet?

            Kind regards.

So tell me - whats the going rate for S2 front and rear hubs with the 5 x 112 pattern these days ?

Just curious - not something I've had to buy before...

                Like everything,

depends on how lucky you are and how quick you need them. Had the S2 front from a few years ago. My brother bought them in a breakers in the UK, can't remember the price.

Rear ones were about £100 for complete leg, disc and caliper and obviously the hub IIRC.

                Kind regards.

                    Hi Gav.

Give Neil at ALLAUDI a call. He's breaking his old S2 this week and will be selling the hubs.
Brilliant car by the way. Just been looking at your other thread. Great work.

I've got a set of the fat fives in 5x112, same as the TT comps. I think they were an option on the A6 v8? They're a bit knackered and need a good old polish to get them looking how they should. Very smart wheel.
