Ok... how do I describe this part I need ...???
I've replaced the motor on my 1994 S2 drivers side electric window.. and bought a new thermal cut-out fuse (£10.20 from Bristiol Audi), and need to check the 363 relay for cracked solder (gawd talk about self destructing !).....
SO... THIS IS WHAT I'M MISSING
When you take apart the bit of the electric motor where the cables wind on... inside there's a small plastic spool, about the diameter of a cotton reel but a third of the thickness. The cables need to feed carefully into the grooves. The second hand motor I got is excellent ...except this spool is (like my original) slightly damaged, with the result that the cables catch against each other as the window winds down, and so will probably wear each other out and snap sometime soon :-(
Please has anyone got one of these parts? OR maybe an old motor that is scrap and might have a good spool inside it?
