Yes, myself and many others, have lost out as he has been 'let off' his debt thanks to some moronic government legislation that allows people to write off over a hundred grand of unsecured debt, unpaid invoices, CCJ's etc by repaying 23% of it back over 5 years... fine for the huge banks, but smaller suppliers and customers have gotten slapped in the face by it. The good news is, anyone who didn't receive literature about it is not classed as a creditor and can still pursue him without worry of having their debt legally written off... and he's gonna have to be good for a few years now too in order to avoid bankruptcy so that should increase you chances.
IMO anyone who still wants to deal with such a person is
I orederd £1500 worth of stuff through him (all paid upfront) and waited about 4 weeks before calling him and asking about the progress. He told me they were expecting a delivery next week.
I rang him the week after asking about my parts, to which he said the parts had not arrived and he did not have my address or even know what parts i had orderd
He took a list of the parts i wanted again and i had to wait again, luckily the parts did come this time.
He said because of the mixup i could order some parts off him for cost only, but i counted my lucky stars and have not been back since.

Hi Ross, the bailliffs called in to collect our debt, and he just waived the IVA at them, so they couldn,t take anything, this was two weeks before the hearing??
As to the fact he sold our components on Ebay and pocketed the money, my father and business partner has decided that we have wasted enough time and money(court costs and bailiff fees) on the w****r , i,m just really pissed off for the people who have lost there own personal money (smiler).
Everything comes around eventually.....I'm sure he's pissed off the wrong person along the line and they will come knocking one day...and probably not for money this time around....
I didn't get my money back until I threatened with the coppers... So check up what county he lives in and look up what the local police office is. Then mail him and give him a lil deadline. Worked for me. Also try to email his wife instead. beth@quattronics.co.uk
