Wanted: 996 Brake Conversion parts brackets, bolts etc

[Colesy]

I've bought the right calipers this time so now I need the bits to fit them.

From what I can gather I need:

Brake lines ebay RS2 ones ok?
Brackets
Bolts
Pads
Discs Early A8 discs from GSF?
Damping plates
Mounting kit

If anyone can recommend where to get the parts from, whether I need them or even better if you can sell me any at a bargain price that'd be great.

Thanks
