There is an 80 sport in a scrapyard in Stockport at the back of Benhams. with the console dials. They are black faced but they could be reasonably priced.

no i was changing my clock faces the other day and cocked my speedo up so was after a 3b rev counter/speedo etc. unit, ive already got the 3white aux guages on the way

The 7A ( Coupe Quattro20V )rev counter should work but I don't know if the speedo is the same. I feel it should work the same but might not have enough big numbers on the speedo 140 / 160/ 180/ 200 MPH etc.
