Seat subframes

Anyone know were or has for sale a set of seatsubframes for a type 85 coupe, i want 2 bolt in a set of recaros i have,thanks paul.

Ive been meaning to post this up for a while, as the recaro subframes are NLA i was going to use a combination of these 3 parts to mount my Recaro a8s there may be some drilling involved but its a pretty cheep solution, ive tried butchering some standard subframes but the seets dont sit right and it looks terrible.

Your a8 seats bolt the same as escort recaro's from what i've seen, get a standard seat base cut the bowl out the bottom and put a metal brace bar across at the front/back and bolt to that, same as the escort one's that i've done before.

I Quite fancy the recaro side mounts ive seen them in an S4, i think it was in PPC magazine looked the nuts. might upset some people but hey my cars hardly standard anymore!

Aftermarket seats, made up some subframes useing the orginall seat bowls but to be honest they look ****, by any chance will mk 2 golf seats fit a type 85
