out of interest, why would the side repeaters damage your paintwork? there should be some sort of foam or rubber gasket that fits between the bodywork and side repeater

Ithought that too Gav, But The only ones I could find were on fleabay - and when they arrived the dont have any sort of gasket... and the guys in the paint shop said that if I fitted them "now" they could damage the new paintwork as the paint will be soft fo a few days....
The other reason is that my mechanic said that the plastic used was cheap & nasty and would become brittle very quickly and they would fall out all the time when you go over speed bumps!!!
You want OEM ones on there anyway, the oval ones look a bit cheap and nasty IMVHO!
If you do a search there is a link to a supplier of some OEM equivalent ones that I bought a while back. Top quality with the rubber gasket etc...
Cheers,
Steve.

Yeah saw these on Fleabay.... BUT they dont say that they are OEM's and after the purchase and return of the side reapeters I would rather pay that little bit more - and know where they are from "if" I had a problem!!!!
I have come across this in situation in my job every day and I belive in supporting people who have helped and support me....
