    Wanted - Battery Clamp

    Anyone have a battery clamp going spare ?

    From a 3B, 7A or V6 - shouldnt matter... I have a new one ordered but it may not get to me in time for MOT - instant fail if they spot the battery isn't clamped down.

              I think I have one.. is it a metal piece that is like 3 by 6 cm or something like that? fitted by 1 bolt?

                              It may come to that Andreas... should be able to find something I can use.

                              Dunno if the MOT man would look on a ratchet strap kindly - not as primary mechanism anyway - it rather draws attention to it... There is no cover on the battery - that shyte is all on backorder too.

                                  What kind of clamp is it, the long rod method as per avant, or the metal plate and bolt as per CQ? My CQ is off the road at the moment so your welcome to borrow the bits if you need them.
