Only one i've seen is the tial from 034

You can make most fit but you need custom flanges to adapt to stock manifold location

            It does for me
Many people think that big HP = big WG, but it isn't. To get big hp you need a big turbo. A big turbo needs a lot of exhaust to get going so the WG doesn't need to be that big. Std one does the job without a problem

It only applies if your running the car up to high revs, if your running low to mid revs and need boost control during these the stock WG will not flow enough to control boosts.

If it's a drag car then stock should be o.k

Of course i will test the car on the mile, but it should be an daily driver with lots of hp.

Only time you use an oversized wastegate is when the heads exhaust flow exceeds what the turbo compressor housing is capable of flowing once peak boost has been achieved.

So an engine with a very good Volumetric Efficiency running say a .63 backhousing on a big turbo will normally start to run out of puff in the higher rpm band due to high EGT's from increased backpressure.

So by fitting a larger wastegate this backpressure can be reduced allowing a smaller .63 housing to operate at an rpm band where normally a .82 housing is required without sacrificing low down spool up.

What 750hp turbo gives lot of boost at low revs?
Std WG is no problem on a 2.2 / 2.5 if you don't want to be able to run very low pressure at high rpm. And for 750hp you need a good amount of boost
