you need to fix supports from the rocker cover to the turbo and wastegate. the gearbox to the downpipe. basically so it cant move on its own.

tubulars sag on their won without and will break sooner.

If you want a cheaper manifold then consider this from Wagner http://www.wagner-tuning.de/produkte/abgasrs2rohr.php[/QUOTE]

I've tried it for more than 10,000km with GT35r & no cracks...so far!! I recommend it!

cp-service has an "adapter" that makes the KKK flange a T3 flange otherwise http://webshop.cp-service.se/product.php?id_product=308

Disagree partially with that. Tubulars expand and contract more, if too heavily braced, they cant move and then stress crack.

BUT... if left "hanging" then with large turbos such as the GT35/40 you can also get cracks appear.

The best "solution" i have found to overcome this is to leave the manifold and turbo un-braced and add a good flexi section in the downpipe to reduce the shocks and tugging on the manifold. Seems to have worked well on both my cars and other customers cars.

            Audiman:

it also depends on how far out the turbo is hanging and weight

One thing i've learned we are way behind the Scandinavians!
