Wanted: Complete couple lock and key set

I'm after a complete lock set for my coupe that uses the same key.

I need one key to operate: Ignition,Both doors and the Boot.

If you have a full set for sale please let me know.

At present i have 2 keys, one for door and one for ignition.

Why don't you just get the door lock retumbled to suit all the other locks, much easier

The tumbler kit is £39.48 + VAT. You get 50 of each tumbler and 200 springs. That's enough to do quite a few locks as they only have 6-8 tumblers in the average barrel.

Boot locks can be a pain to strip but other than that is a simple job to do.

Upgrade to remote locking.... Then you don't need a door key!!

Can I suggest that you send your lock and barrel to these people. They retumble a lot of locks and barrels for quite a few of the main Audi and VW dealers in the south east. I've used them myself

Dare i say it but audibits2 (??) quite often has a full set for sale on ebay. TBH i've bought some small trim pieces of him lately and items came quickly and were in good nic.

I just took the lot in, left them on the counter, went shopping and picked them up an hour later. It's a few years ago, mind.

In the past i have taken out the tumblers put your key in and grind all the keyway bits flat to the cylinder and the key will then work that lock.
It might leave it so another lucky key might work the lock but id rather that than getting somebody to send me a full lock set.. to my address,
