    Type 85, 80 or 90 Quattro, HELP.

As tittle suggests I'm after a Type 85, 80 or 90 quattro. Manufactured between 1982/87 Condition is not that important and it can be a non runner, in fact I'd prefer a non runner as I have a budget. So if anyone stumbles across one for sale please let me know 'VIA PM' on here.

I would prefer a five pot but would consider a four cylinder 80.

Just to make clear the sort of thing I'm after is pictured below
    Attached Files
    1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.
    1992 C4 2.8 Avant quattro
    1994 MTM RS2.
    1998 B5 TDI quattro Sport.
    2000 B5 TQS.

        Cheers Brian.

Wow there's a hoard of them in that pic, I take it it's the silver one, does it have a sun-roof?

That's a little more than I was looking to spend, however it looks very tidy and if it's sun-roof free I could be tempted.

I'd wager it's the white one with the big fak-off arrow pointing to it

Best to find one without the dreaded A pillar rot TBH, that's more important thana sunroof, SR can be sorted easily enough on a track car with a sheet of Ally and some rivets.

Still going strong is it? Shame I never got to get my teeth into that car, had plans for it in 2008 but I got broken so it was sold for a fraction of what we'd spent on it

Yeah still going afaik, I know the owner, don't know how much longer as i'd bet tax/test will be running out shortly and he normally sell's them afterwards. It was at adi a year or so back and now is running my old 17 inch tsw alloys in white. Has suffered a little bit at the bottom of the doors.

I think Tonks' car is FWD - aren't you looking for a quattro?

Have you based that on the quattro badge on the grille
