Wanted RS2

Hope this is in the right place anyway im looking for an RS2 after missing out on a good one local to me. Would need to be right hand drive with sensible/low mileage with a full service history and preferably under £10000. If you know about one that might be suitable can you let me know please.

Im not sure what they go for now, but recently saw a lovely blue RS2 go for over £15k so not sure they're down at the price you're looking for or not

You won't get a decent RHD RS2 for under 10k, I've only ever seen 3 go for that value

They go for 12-17k usually and Al's was a bargain

I first saw Als RS2 when it was up for £12995 and offered £12500 which he accepted and i left a deposit. Then the sale of my flat fell through and so i put my 05 A6 up for sale but couldnt get anything like the money i needed for it to buy the RS2. I resigned myself to keeping the A6 and then i heard he had dropped it to £10000 but someone beat me to it and i was gutted to say the least. When i was last in touch with Al he said i should buy the blue one on Pistonheads but i liked the silver as it was very subtle where as the blue is a bit sort of in your face for me anyway.

to the forum Chris (at last ) 3 years + lurking must be a record. Get over and see Toms car before you miss out on his as well as mine... the blue is not as bright as you think in the flesh its actually a pearl paint that changes depending on the light its in

Chris i spoke to Tom last night and hes had a couple of people interested in his RS2... you will need to get over to Portsmouth buddy as i wouldnt want you to miss another one right on your doorstep... call him he doesnt bite (well in the years ive known him hes never bitten me anyway)
