Track rod end adjuster bolt/bar

Im after 2 of the adjusters for the track rod end, with nuts.
they are m14 1.5mm pitch left and right hand thread with a place for a 14mm spanner in the middle for the adjustment.

I went to audi but they will only alow me to buy the whole arm at £111.50 + vat each!!!! holy F.U.C.K I aint paying that, the guy didnt blame me.

So where can i get the above mentioned item? i would prefer new, inc nuts.

Isn't there a sticky somewhere about these adjustment bars available from any motor factor that can source parts from QH ?

And Bambridge was talking of making some with a nice big 17mm nut in the middle.

If their just rounded I would not replace them as when you have covered them in copper slip, after cleaning them you can adjust them with a pair of small grips.

Don't recall it being made a sticky, but I did post a thread when I bought a load a few months back. Might have a couple left somewhere, will have a look in a bit.

But you should be able to get the adjusters from any motorfactors dealing with QH, they said they had loads.

yes i am doing sum with a larger hex17mm but these wont be ready for another 3 weeks so if you need them sooner, then take kierons advice
