KG Engine Uncracked Exhaust Manifold wanted

Hello!

I have an 84 200 Turbo with the 2144 KG lump.

Needless to say I will soon need,like...this week...a replacement uncracked exhaust manifold...before I throw Dialynx stupid money I cant afford.

Is it also true that if mine gets welded up...it will just crack again???

I have a spare one with some minor cracks that you could have welded whilst leaving the current one alone, just an idea.

I'm going to be building my own tubular affair for my 10VT project, just started to practice welding again and I'm not as rusty as I thought I would be.

Yes it could crack again, but one thing is sure that it will never crack where is welded! If you take new one (second hand of course ) there is no guarantee that it will not crack again and you will be in the same situation. So my advice is to weld that one you have.
