Wall I called them and thay said that in Bulgaria they have dealer and we must buy it from here...It is perfectly clear for everyone that we must to pay +250E on the price from the site catalog...

Saying vems is a glorified megasquirt is like saying men are still single celled amoebas

VEMS doesn't use the same hardware or even the same software as Megasquirt anymore the only let down with VEMS is documentation which is improving.

Never heard of this one before, but the specs look quite good. Are you running this ECU?

I've heard of it, highly thought of in certain circles not heard of an Audi using it though
