OEM RS2 bumper

Anybody got, or know what the accepted value is for OEM RS2 front and rear bumpers?

Don't know but I wouldn't mind a RS2 rear bumper.

Just so everyone knows.... If they read this thread...

This is the guy who put my poor old S2 back in full working order after being in my garage for 6 years... and to my me this guy

I've not had a single issue with my S2 since he has worked on it...

Also he has done all the work on my MK2 Golf... If anyone wants a VW/Audi sorting in the sheffield area this is the guy to see....IMO

He has also joined the Audi owners club with a battered old 80 AVANT (yuk ) and wants to make it into an RS2 - which I know he can do...

But i've told him it must be "Noggy Blue" or I won't come and help him... (Not that I am any use other than sticking the - OEM Bosch kettle on)...

So Welcome M8... and you can kick my *** later...

Guess I will be running the thread about a knacked old 80 Avant into a stunning RS2...

That's me I wanted an RS2 Blue LHD RS2 but couldn't find one for anything like reasonable money. I will eventually be shopping for all the major RS2 specific bodywork/trim. Once I have everything to hand that will need painting I can get the car in at work and strip it right down to go to the bodyshop.

Good luck with your project. Your going to find it hard to get some of the bits unless you pay the silly german eBay prices. Welcome along, did you paint big rays passat.

Its not as easy as you might think to make an S2 look like an RS2! I am doing it, only because of the colour of my car and the bond I have with it!

Front bumper I paid £500 or 550 with lights and mesh
Rear was 350
Door mouldings are around 400 from dealer
Mirrors, 300 ish or 450 ish new
grille, 50 to 100
rear reflector, 110 plus 70 for handle....
Headlight undertrims nla so about 100 to 150 second hand IF you can find some!

Big rays passat is mental - been lurking on edition 38/ukpassats for a while now since I got my passat

Thanks I know how hard it can be to get parts, I just wanted a guide to know what other people have paid so I know if I should be pleased or sheepish when I find things

Not me on the Passat - my paint all gets done at Bramhall's Auto Bodies. You wouldn't want to let me loose with a spray gun!
