Could anyone tell me if they know of a supplier of refurbished RS2 engines? This inquiry includes any suppliers in the EU.

Maybe it is easier to ask if anyone knows of a scrap yard which has a "written off" RS2 available?

RS2 engines dont grow on tree's they are very rare they are for sale and they normally cost up to 5-6k on german ebay

Why do you want an RS2 engine? only difference to the ABY

Turbocharger
Exhaust Manifold
Exhaust Camshaft
Camwheel
Water pump
Cambelt

Better to buy an ABY and mod it too RS2 spec

Really wanting to have all the pieces for my project come month end... RS2 drivetrain and engine in an Audi 80 Cabriolet. Seen one floating around the EU and it has me hooked... Something different and special for the long term. It would allow me to use the donor vehicle for all the pieces for the conversion.

That said you certainly do have a valid point!

I want the wheels for my avant. Really would love them and drop it on it's "behind" as it a family forum and all that! Not to overjoyed with the popping door looks a little wrong without handles.
