I have a complete set spare, bought from Gavs2 here on the forum.
Set has covered about 3000 miles.

Yep, I can do them if anyone needs them and bundle them with Ken's calipers for buttons. If they do come back in I will have a pair of patterns to hand, as I want stock lines not copper for my car
