Agree 100% as you will probably find its either the wrong one, missing the rear arb mountings or because its from scotland about as good as swiss cheese, ask s2driveruk btdt.

Ive asked for a pic to be mailed to me, otherwise the sales off. Thanks for the warning gents. Bit of a bummer of a weekend, finding out my babe has failed her first MOT, also failed on the handbrake assy on the calipers, thought I would have to get another set, but spent the morning under the car freeing the lever off, now operating lovely.

I had to replace mine as it was generously "advised" on the last MOT in March, and Blackman supplied me with a good one.

Hi all
Thanks for all the input regarding this subframe. I received a new part from audibitz (Dumfries) Mike sent me a photo and it looked the part, delivered last Friday.
Fitted on Monday. all singing and dancing, S2 sailed through her MOT. So in a nutshell, this guys not as bad as members portray, so give the guy a chance.
My S2 is now for sale again, now that she's fully MOT'd, anyone interested give me a buzz. PS: if anyones looking for an R8 left hooker give me a call too, although the car is pick up from Spain.
