not really.need to know whether the head has had extra holes for water cooling,an s2 version wont fit without chopping and welding

Question here: is it a big advantage to use the s one instead of the 7a?

I would have to assume that the audi engineers put three extra holes in the head for a reason, I think that it keeps the head temperatures down and increases flow.
