By the looks of it your simply 10mm (or so) too short on the top side. Arrow are going to be contacted regards the problem but also at the price 034 charge they could easily be manufactured in this country for less than I expect they end up costing by the time they get here.

The custom head studs I use on C20LET engines are £110 inc ARP nuts as an example
