yes i need the chips. The ecu i currently have has cooked its self and is pulling 2.5 amp drain from the battry. i dont know what has caused it it may be the chip as it has had an remap ect. so i would want the original chips to start with before i swap them for the ones i currently have.

The chips can not cause it.

ok any idea what could cause it? it is thw wire from s27 the 5A motronic fuse that is causing the fault. the fault itself is in the ecu. i have 12v goin in and for some reason about 1.5v coming out which is also a fluctuating voltage. i can hear a click in the ecu when the fuse 27 is unplugged and then put back sound like a relay in the ecu.

I'd say they are worth more like £200 but I've been out of the loop mostly for the past few months
