    Wastegate spring

I'm looking for a stiffer wastegate spring(1,7-1,9 bar) for an oem audi(AAN) wastegate.

If you can be bothered to mathematically model the WG (like I did) then you can pick and choose your spring to any sensible level and get them from a spring manufacturer at a lot less £ than a 'tuner'

I can recommend a spring to suit your specification for sure, all are off the shelf efforts though so require a little tweaking of the WG cap screw to ensure correct operation by adjusting the pre-load, a small price to pay for exactly what you what IMO. Not sure what advantages there are to tweaking the spring to give a specific value but it was an interesting/fun exercise to test out the theory with my own hard earned £

I have a 2.1 bar spring out with our resident chippie for some slow cooking

I have also a 2.2 bar spring but it peaks the boost up to 1,8-1,9 bar and it's to much for my engine for now. With the stock spring it boosts only 1,5-1,6 bar fully tightened. 1,7 bar is the mapped request value. Hope this 034 1.9 bar spring resolves the problem and gives exact boost..?
