you can get them from the dealerships still.
I needed for my urS4 C4 recently and ended up gettign a brake refurbishment through Brake Engineering for £129/caliper.

but they dont do one for the urS4/S6! They are great products though.

Stirling Audi in scotland quoted me circa £250 for rear calipers each for OEM items.
My OEM callipers were refurbished, ie all new inners, not sure whose components but the same company have done a lot of Porsche calipers for the garage that did it for me.
