They're flipping expensive new and difficult to find second hand. What's wrong with yours? Do you know that you can replace the bearing inside the roller to stop the squealing? (assuming that's your issue)

makeing rattling type noise, seems worse when cold , when pressure is applied to tensioner noise all but goes away, really annoying.

Fitting it is pretty straightforward and should only take half an hour or so. I don't have time to post instructions right now but I will later if no-one beats me to it. Pub is calling!!

It's made a big difference on mine and for the sake of £5 it's got to be worth a punt before buying a complete replacement!

are there more people with an AAN eninge that have a squealing noice ?, i recently changed my PS pump, alternator, visco, belt and belt tensioner pulley. and it is still squealing...

i have, have changed 3 or 4 used belt tenisoer and still same, i think it can be cluch on AC

I got lucky and found a good one in a scrap yard, the 2.3 10v Audi 100 uses the same tensioner.
