Russ let that car go far to cheap for a quick sale. I do not think you will ever see something like that again.

No I haven't, although Aelred rebuilt my old 3B engine to RS2 spec. and that came in at just under 10K.

I've had a look at this http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/2312996.htm which doesn't seem like a lot of money, but then it's a question of how much more is required to take it up to and beyond 400BHP.

If you want more than 400bhp just get a aby engine then get the following:

rs2 injectors or porsche orange tops
2871r turbo
rs2 exhaust manifold
decent downpipe
s2central remap

you've answered your own question above, if you spent 10k on a rs2 spec engine then I doubt your get a lot for half that (as james has pointed out) unless you do things wisely. Good luck with your search.

It's Ammer's brothers car. I did make contact with him and the last I heard was that he would send some details and more pictures through, but that was back in December.
