the first UrS4 was with 5 speeds and distributor ignition if i am not wrong...
forget this gearbox friend,install a 01A ASZ box from some of the coupe 2.3 20V 170HP

I am afraid you are wrong.
There was never a urS4 with distributor ignition.
On urs4 afaik the 5 speed box was standard and the 6 speed box was an option.
Same for the 1995 MY urs6, from 1996 they are all 6 speed I think.Comment

Just intrested why the 5 speed is better ? i haw a 01E S8, in my car, but also i have another 5 box from 1992 S4 ? AFAIK the gear ratio is the same... , and the early 5 speed, does not have the wide first gear.Comment

Well, of course it depends on the time you are running, but around ~12.5-13.0 you need to do 1 more shift with the 6 gear box.Comment

I am talking about a lower revlimit.
If you have 8500 revlimit and huge turbo, you are going to be running a lot faster than 12.5-13.0.
Everything has a context. My case was 2 gearchanges vs 3 (did not need 4th with 5 gear box, but needed it with 6 gear box).Comment
