Wanted 80 GT Kit

Good luck. i followed numerous leads and found everyone involved to be useless! in the end i was going to get a berg cup kit for a mk1 golf and use them to make moulds and make my own kit. but plans changed and i sold the silly wide wheels that would have sat in the arches.
try rennsport he was on about moulds he was getting but after 9 months i gave up and he later got back to say one of the moulds was damaged but it might be worth trying

Can only say i have ever seen them on the works cars, there might be a dodgy germany copy kicking about some where?

not audi related but my dad built wide arches on a c20xe'd mini with household plaster and polystyrene then had fibreglass moulds made of them. worked a treat.

It is not critical just yet but I will search for several months before I resort to making my own. If anyone is going to Ingolstadt I could do with some measurements taking

Sweet you are you are the man! I had just found a similar link myself after 6 hours of Internet searching then throw the word burg into the searches I have been doing and hey presto!!!!!!!

I was going to!!! Lol but Massdriver is doing a version like that but he has also shortened it. I want to go for original replica of the GT car

Right then chaps back to the GT car the next mission for you guys to help me find is what version Ronal Turbo wheels are used? I need to know size, offset, tyre size? I don't think they are straight forward R10's as they have split rim style studs around them?

They are very close but I have found that they are actually Ronal Racing wheels made from both alloy and magnesium. I just need size offset and gyres now lol
