If it helps, the G70 mass air flow sensor (MAF) for the ABY S2 is the same as that for the RR Urq, the 3B S2 and 200 20vt and the UrS4 and UrS6 (all same PN 034133471K).

The RS2 G70 MAF is different(ish) as explained here:

Are you sure? The MAF 3B / ABY (AAN) = 034 133 471 K = Bosch 0 280 213 007. When I searched on the Bosch PN (with no blanks) the only thing that came up was S2 and UrS4 and S6 applications. That said, I found that somebody in Thailand with an UrS6 is running a Bosch 0 280 213 012 MAF which belongs to Volvo 960 3.0 ltr Yr 1993-96. Might work for you.

Well, M5 MAF is huge compared to the AAN/ABY/ADU MAF, so that info is wrong for sure.
About the kadett - I don't know...
