G28 / G4 Sensor wanted (034 905 381 A)

Finally got back to trying to sort the S2, has anyone got a working G28 / G4 (think they're identicle, PN 034 905 381 A) sensor that I could purchase?

Didn't we play this game last week? They are not identical. They function the same but they are not identical as in they can not be distinguished as being different

G4: 034 905 381 igntion timing sender (black)
G28: 034 905 381A engine speed sensor (grey)

Thanks.... just to clarify then, the only difference is the plug colour, they are interchangable as they operate identically?

yes they work when switched(place and connector),tried it out on my s6 recently when i had a fault,its just the colour change.

I *think* they are identical other than the plug colour with the plug colour intended so you don't swap the plug connections at the connector rack and really confuse the h*LL out of the ECU.

Update.... I've now obtained both of the sensors I require (managed to get a G4 & G28). Thanks.
