Yeah they are all the same. Not easy to replace though mate.
Maybe also get new iner bushes from bambridge and new adjuster rods.

It's a lot easier on an ABY than a 3B, and yes, the 2 bolts on the end of the rack.

I've got a spare passenger side one, needs a bush though as i removed it when i drew up the delrin ones for Kev... you'd need some of his delrins ones to use it but i've no use for it

get a couple new ball joints and some of the 17mm hex ones off Kev. Blow torch and stilsons should get the old ones off but will destroy the adjusters and likely the ball joints in the process though

not too bad, its easiest to remove both rods by unbolting the yolk thing from the rack and pulling the whole lot out through the inner wing

2 x M10 nuts to undo, the you have to push the stud plate backwards to free the studs from the yolk, and then slide sideways without damaging the rack boot. If you are unlucky the captive studs with become... err.. less captive than they should be... then it becomes a PITA and you will need to take you yolk off anyway

Ahh yeah. I forgot you had an aby! .
If you have a vice you could grip the bush ends and heat the adjuster rod ends which should help free them up.
Use loads of copperslip when fitting the new adjuster rods.
Its defontaly worth replacing the track rod ends too as that blow to the wheel has most likely killed it and I bet they won't come off with out a balljoint splitter so they are as good as dead anyway.

So if I where you I would reuse the old arms if they are not bent, buy and fit:
                              New inner bushes
                              New addjuster rods
                              New track rod ends
                              New ball joints

Then get the 4wheel alignment done.
