RS2 MAF and AAN/ABY MAF are exactly the same except that the RS2 MAF has the plastic honeycomb and AAN/ABY has a metal wire mesh.

Probably easier to find AAN/ABY MAF.

What about 3B maf? Could it be used with AAN engine?

3B should be the same, but the calibration screw on it can be messed with, and usually many people have turned it, making the MAF useless (no more factory calibrated).
I wouldn't do it.

I asked because have one 3B MAF, and just bought Coupe Quattro typ85 so I want to put in there AAN engine If it is usable with AAN I wouldn't sell it.
