Wondering if anyone would be remotely interested in a swap, I own a very tidy B3 7A CQ in Tornado red, was resprayed and undersealed by previous owner and bodywork is near immaculate save for a few stone chips and tiny dent above one of the front foglights if I have to be really picky. After a decent polish it looks like a new car. Recent cam belt, timing chain, water pump, and Bosch Dizzy fitted this year.
I'm after a B3 7A engined 90 Q in similar nick to mine but bodywork is less of an issue for me as i'm more concerned about mechanics than anything else. Ideal colours would be silver, white, black. Red i'm not crazy about, partly the reason for the swap! I know these cars are rarer than rockinghorsepoo, which is partly the reason why i'm after one, also the practicality of 4 doors is appealing to me as I find myself ferrying people around more often these days, damn my increasing popularity!
I may also consider a B4 80 Quattro sedan V6
