Audi Coupe Window Regulator

Hi,

I'm looking to source a drivers side window regulator for a 1994 Audi coupe 2.0 16v. Chassis number for the car is WAUZZZ8BZPA006219. I'm finding it hard enough to come by one so if anyone could help me out it would be greatly appreciated. I've been told there are two different types for a 1994 coupe, is this true?

think its around 92/93 when the design slightly changed,I believe its a difference to the outer frame where it bolts to the door,but they can be adapted.I dont think i have any driverside ones left now,just lots of passengers.Is it the cable guides which have worn away on yours?

No, it's the actual cable that has snapped. The rollers are fine from what I can see. I took the motor out yesterday because I thought that was gone too but it was just seized from the cable having be wrapped up on the roller connected to the motor. Can the regulator be bought separately from the motor?

iv only got b3 elec window bits if these can be used or made to work.
