3B head rebuild

Hi all!
Thought Id start a new thread as I am going to be rebuilding my head in the next few weeks. I have been looking around for all the parts I need but struggling to source all the bits I need. I was going to buy from 034motorsport untill I discovered the shipping cost

I think the list below is what I need (except the rad, mine leaks)
Can someone confirm this is all I need or suggest other parts required. I wasnt going to change the valves or lifters but maybe I should

12 x Cylinder Head Bolts
20 x Valve Guides
20 x Valve Stem Seals
1 x Head Gasket Set, 3B
1 x Timing Belt Kit, 3B
1 x Primary Radiator

If anyone can advise a good retailer where I could get everything from I would be greatful. It may turn out the 034 are still a good price but we shall see.

some new exhaust manifold studs and nuts maybe? Although I hope you don't need the studs really.

12 x Cylinder Head Bolts - wouldn't buy anything less than main dealer for piece of mind.

20 x Valve Guides - GSF offer the cheapest replacements from Febi and are a good quality item. Make sure you have the correct driver, reamer and honer to clearance and finish them. And you have the ability to recut the valves and seats before commencing on this one.

20 x Valve Stem Seals - I can supply you viton ones at £1.50 a piece + a couple of quid shipping if you can't source a complete headset.

1 x Head Gasket Set, 3B - either quattro corner if he has any left or buy the individual gaskets from main dealer

1 x Timing Belt Kit, 3B - Main dealer wouldn't fit anything less

1 x Primary Radiator - GSF or any radiator recon firm.

As for 034 prices I think a lot of their stuff is actually overpriced when it comes to stock.
