If you get desperate, surely an old one would suffice? i have two wastegates sat in the garage, both working well at last use but I do need to put one on the car myself in a couple of weeks!

Ross and Andy thanks for the offer. I'm hoping to get hold of a new diaphragm tomorrow.

What was the cost of a new one?

My wastegate flutters on a full pull and I wonder whether a new diaphram might fix it.

                Cheers n

WG flutter is likely to be N75 duty cycle or too weak a spring.

                    or £60 from Quattro Corner

Christ-on-a-bike, £60 for a piece of rubber is a tad steep don't you think?

Umm, new(ish) N75 and stock spring. There seem to be mixed ideas on upgrading to the 0.9bar spring so not sure what to do but def need to get rid of this awful fluttering on anything over 1.5bar.

                      Cheers n
