Also,
just to check some things, am i right in thinking that the front and rear 'springs' are the same on my TDi quattro and the S6 ? but its the shocks that are different?

Also, If lowering the car, does something on the top need to be changed/adjusted to stop the tires wearing out? Or does this only apply on the HP2 struts ?

don't know about your last question but I got a set of original springs from my Audi V8, they may be stiffer.
