3B downpipe exhaust gas pipe thingy

I need a pipe and threaded adapter off a 3B downpipe - the bit of pipe that sticks up and goes nowhere - it usually has a rubber bung on the end.

I am going to make up a back pressure guage and hopefully try it on a few cars with different exhausts to see what differences are.

This could be why I can't get a kick of torque in my car.
