I'm after one too.... was wondering is there a difference between 3B and ABY ?

Would expand the options and potentially give a newer unit?

not sure there is much in the way of options on these I don't believe

theres one difference the belt wheel is bigger so you have to swop them over i now i changed mine on saturday but they do bolt up same

I don't know exactly where the break occurs. There are three part numbers but all three were fitted to the 3B during its life. The last one continued to the ABY.

I'm not sure what the difference is. Later pumps seem to be single-acting with on piston blocked off.

hi does anyone know the part numbers , as i'm after a pas pump to fit an early aby .. i have rang audi and they gave me a audi part no. ,but when i spoke to the lad at VRS . he said audi have change the part numbers or something .. so i would have to look on the pump unit itself , but i cann't see the part number with out takin it off .
i was wondering if anyone could help with this before i go and take it off .
