They should be, the set I had from Pete a couple of years ago they were BERU as per OE, same price as well
Indeed cheaper than my TPS, who want nearly 30 each for them, works out at 20 quid a lead from Pete.
Personallly I wouldn't consider using anything other than the Beru OE ones on a 3B with stock coil and dissy set up.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.

All the so called 'Performance' HT leads I've seen for 3b's are either rubbish, don't fit properly or both.1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.
