Porsche 993 Big Reds

Hi guys,
Looks like you've got a great forum going on here. I've been directed here via PHeads - I'm active on the Porsche forum at 911uk so I know how these things work - and I'm not expecting to be popular arriving here and simply posting a 'Wanted' ad...!!. No offence meant, but I know the 993 big red upgrade is popular and I'm looking for the same myself. I've got an old 993 that needs sorting and would love to do this upgrade.
Anyone out there got some big red front calipers and/or discs that they want to move on?

Thanks. I checked with him - he tends to do 996 onwards rather than the 993 fitments I'm hoping for. Thanks a lot for your reply tho...

Just to broaden your search, dont forget 964 turbo, 993 C4S & RS all use the same Big Reds used on 993tt.

what is recomendet disc size for big red ?

I ask that because I have one WV toureg 4 piston calipers , and need 330mm disck for it. is that a big difference betwen WV Toureg and BIG RED calipers?

I was thinking if Touareg v6 tdi have 1800-2000kg and have this calipers, my 200 20v have 1550kg , this is big difference, and hope will brake better than HP2 .

Yes one big one same

322mm is recommended

330mm minimum 17s I would say, I think you have the choise between 314 and 323 on your car

now i went to look what's happend if I use 314mm disk and this brembo calipers .
it could be fit on 314mm disck , and I can use 16" wheel , but I'm not sure that 323 could fit under..
I will try to find 323 disck and take a mesures.

now I messure piston in that calipers , and it is 4 x 44mm on 1 caliper
are they stronger than BIG RED?
