What a good idea, never seen them before. How well do you rekon the GT30 one would fit a K26?

The reason im after one is the bonnets gets way to hot, paint turning yellow at vents, im sure this will help.

Underbonnet temps. They also claim that by keeping the hotside hot, it aids gas flow and therefore reduces lag. I can't say as I noticed this, but even when the turbo is screaming hot you can still touch the blanket. I can't run a std airbox on mine so I'm doing as much as I can to isolate the turbo from the air intake, and this was a good first step.

I made a heat shield that bolts to the existing heat shield and covers the hot side and shields the airbox too. It cost me £5 for the metal off eBay and a jigsaw blade... here's a linky.
