Looking for a rear anti roll bar for an Audi urS6 or urS4 avant.

Need the roll bar and all associated factory mounts shipped to 44129 USA.

Since you seem to have a 95 sedan and having just the OE rear sway bar either from an UrS4/S6 avant or an 92 spec doesn't help you. You need to have the rear subframe (with the sway bar mounting ears) and the rear hub carriers plus all the other hardware to make it work. Horrendous amount of work just to change the rear subframe.

You are MUCH better off buying the complete sway bar kit from Apikol that eliminates the need to swap the rear subframe and mess with the rear hub carrier. Because you seem to be in the US of A, there are no significant shipping issues.

      Have a look at this:

Not as far as I know or can see here:

The Apikol kit is based on the "Happersized" rear anti-sway bar developed for Hap Maguire ("UrS4guy") who posts here about his "Green Monstah" (93 UrS4 - no factory rear bar).

Is it worth the extra money or should you put them in Polyurethane bushings instead?
like diff, diff carrier and rear subframe?

However, I am quite sure that the C4 RARB 034 is selling is the Apikol kit, just without any recognition of the source.

                034 C4 Rear Sway bar kit. $485

They look identical down to the hardware. Either 034 has cloned the Apikol kit, or they are not giving Apikol credit for it (or both)??

Is your 95 S6 an avant? Otherwise, AFAIK, the 95 S6s did not come with a rear sway bar (but the sport suspsension, code "1BE", might have been a European/UK option - not available in NAmerica).

I any event, the Apikol sway bar is going to be stiffer than the OE sway bar plus you have three settings not just the one with the factory bar. As for is it worth it? If you don't have a C4 UrS RARB, I'd say yes. If you already have one, then, not so much.

I understand, and no I don´t have a Avant but a german saloon imported to Sweden, don´t know if I have the 1BE code for sport suspension but Ive changed the quattro rods and drop links and from what I remeber they are connected to a anti roll bar

Then it´s just bushings and suspension I guess... think it handle like a snake on the road with stock sport springs (don´t know if the shocks are oem sport or bad aftermarket) But a B12 kit from Bilstein should sort it out... maybe some delrin subframe bushes aswell.

                      Regards
                      Göran

The 1BE code is in the lower right corner of the build tag as shown here:

The UrS4 build tags are located as shown here:

The UrS6 build tags are either there or in the righthand rear corner of the spare tire storage well (under the hardboard tire cover).

If "advant" = avant, then yes, you will have a rear bar. Otherwise, some very early 93 spec cars, e.g. 08/92 build actually came with the 1BE 92 spec suspension.

Hmm, havent found that, and the spare tire storage is a gone. Have a custom exhaust so that had to go... anywho it dosent matter all i know is that I have the swaybar and therefore the Apikol one its not necessary right?
