Push the funk radio buttom and it leads to the song below (which I always thought was "Living in the Funk" (not "eminence front"):

I have been after one for quite a while, they are not available anywhere (worldwide) from Audi - including Audi tradition.....

You can get them from the 034 motorsport website but they're very expensive. If you have one of these then honestly what will it do, flash the lights like a police/emergency vehicle?Comment

There's a suggestion for its use on the 034 site aswell.
