I am looking for a good offside rear shock for my ur s6 avant,would consider full set or part

I got a complete set of shocks that I removed from my V8 when I fitted a lowering kit.

from THE V8 and no they're exactly the same.

I take it you mean the 3.6 saloon.how sure are you that they are the same,sorry to question you but I have been told that the s6 avant and saloon are differant.

fitment is same but part numbers are different(on standards at least),I have interchanged with no issues

I fitted UrS6 koni shocks and eibach springs to my V8. If the shocks were good enough for the 1820 kilo heavy V8 they should be good for your car too.
