305 112 is the part number for just the detachable towing hook. However, I can't work out what the part number is for the whole lot is as there seem to be quite a few versions and I can't read German. There are 5 complete Westfalia tow bars for a C4 on ebay.de at the moment, I can't advise you too much as I can't read any of it but hopefully this is of some help.
