As above cheap or suggestion of which other diesel injector bodies that will work with AEL engine.

No nozzles required as upgrading to larger ones.

I am changing to 0.232 nozzles. Not sure about my 0.216 nozzles might sell or keep to go back to standard. I am sure they were new or cleaned tested when I bought the car.

If you are talking about stock nozzles, than AEL don't have 0.216.
AHY VW T4 150HP has 0.216.

No! They are not. I am with diesel for more than 2 years and know them very well.

AEL has DSLA 150P502 , 0433175087 with 5 holes 0,210mm.
In many places on net are incorrect information so people are thinking like that.
My info is from different catalogs. All are saying the same. I have also changed them many times.

VW transporter 150HP AHY has DSLA150P 764, 0433175176 with 5 holes 0,216mm.
VW 1.9TDI AFN has DSLA150P 520, 0433175093, 5 holes 0,205mm

each of them gives a better result.

I had a Tdi Quattro AEL, they come with the .216 as standard, the ones from the 151 Transporter are sometime measured smaller than .216 but tend to give better results as they have a better spray pattern. I changed mine and it made a bit of a difference, I also had the car chipped and decatted. Just beware of ebay/chinease copies they don't last. Nozzles should be about £150 for the 5.

damn! are you reading something. I gave you Bosch codes with information from Bosch.
I have made many custom diesel chiptunes by myself and also gathered information about them.
This webpage is one with incorrect info from where many people think that.
But seems that you know better.

From what I've read (I could very possibly be wrong), the VW T4 injector bodies run at different break pressures and are open for different periods of time (ECU differences) in comparison to the Audi AAT/AEL so the size of the nozzles will make for different characteristics on either engine...

This is not PD (Pumpe duse) engine which can adjust nozzle opening time.
Opening time is adjusted mechanically with high pressure pump and it's cam plate.
I know these ECU's very well. And pumps are identical with few small changes.
