I'll keep that in mind if I can't find one

What's the Bosch part number? Looks like it's fused on a Smart Car.

and have you noticed something wrong whem you was pulling the car?

if they are the same chips as i tried for 1 day...i was using them with 7A FPR that should be 4 or 4.2bar and the car pulled very Ok....but luckly Dmitri was here the same day....

if you are thinking to map it soon,i would not waste this money
              and keep your 4bar FPR

forget adjustable FPR...they tends to fail after some time...

It was running a touch rich on the rollers but holds pressure so I checked with Richard what FPR the chips are designed for.

You want to get that mapped up properly Andy. The car was strong before on a K24 and Homefries with everything else right.

As Dmitri has pointed out many, many times, every engine has it's own individual quirks, every standard head is a little different in regard to it's ports and their related capacity and flow characteristics.

I don't need to tell you this, you already know. But a live map is the only way to make the most out of your investment.

I'm in the same position with my car, could fit generic chips for 350+ whatever BHP. But what I really want is a car that spools early like standard (well as close to as poss) and goes on to kicks *** once on full boost. All that without stressing anything beyond what is considered sensible, within nice safe perimeters.

You could do a lot worse than investing in a Zeitonix set up, they are
                    1990 B3 2.0 80 quattro.
                    1992 C4 2.8 Avant quattro
                    1994 MTM RS2.
                    1998 B5 TDI quattro Sport.
                    2000 B5 TQS.

All valid points unfortunately, the piggy bank is a little light at the mo so such things will have to wait Don't get the wrong impression though, the car flies at the mo and is safe, if not optimized.

                          Cheers for the offer

Could do with the Bosch part number to cross reference other FPRs that I've found which ate 3.8 bar.
