    4" stainless tube/bends

Wanted to buy 3pcs 90 degree stainless tube bends in 4"(101,6 x 2mm) OD size, and 1m straight tube in same size.

You could try this guy: http://www.hotfrog.co.uk/Companies/D...ves-Dairy-Tube
We buy all our pipe for exhausts from him, if he doesn't want to post, I could pick it up and send it to you no probs, if you just want to price stuff, I get alot of 3" pipes from him.

Ok, thanks for the hint. Used pipe at reasonable price would also be good.

Doubt you'll find that in 4" used also try http://www.nortechperformance.com/ but you will have to phone James as he wont get back via email

The price of 4" is why i've gone 3.5". Worked out 4" would cost 25% extra over 3.5" where as 3.5" is only about 5% more than 3"

I maybe got a source for used dairy pipings. They have a lot of 4" stainless tubes. Hope it works out...

Are you absolute sure that you need 4" downpipe?
I think that going over 800hp then you might need. Below that i think the 3.5" flows enough without high backpressure. Also it is alot esier to do downpipe out of 3.5" pipe.
I would reccomend to join the wg and exhaust pipe as further as possible.
I read from somewhere that if WG pipe joins at least 0.5m away from turbo then it wont affect the flow of downpipe in a remarable way.
Just an hint of my 3.5" DP for hx40s.

I know at least 3 car that run about 700 or even close to 800hp that have no problems with 3.5" downpipe and backpressure.
But hell yeah bigger is allways better.

I now have a 3,5" DP. Sure it would be enough but it has been modified so many times and it look ugly so I want to do a new one, and why not a little bit bigger. The exhaust would also go bigger, from 3" to 3,5". The wastegate is going to get a own 2" silenzed exhaust to atmosphere. It's overkill for now, yes I know, but you never know when you need it.

BTW Risto, that sure is a nice DP.
